- •Daily Backup will be available for last 30 Days.

- •Data limit includes database and user files (including setup libraries/ERP and Puppeteer-based Messenger integration data). Network bandwidth will remain unmetered, subject to Cloud Acceptable Use Policy.
- •Billing start date would be the date on which first time access given to the first user after installation and configuration of the server.
1. Price Revision
Prices shall be revised annually on every year 1st of April.
2. Revision Cap
Annual price revision shall not exceed 50% of the previous year's price until 31st March 2027. Prices may also be reduced below the previous year's level.
3. Price Reset Impact
Annual price resets will not create any retrospective or differential payment liabilities on past subscription.
4. Billing Date and Payment
- • Invoices shall be issued at the end of each calendar month (28th, 29th, 30th, or 31st as applicable).
- • All invoices must be settled by the 5th of the following month and same shall be considered as due date.
- • If payment is not received by the 5th of the following month, then invoice will be marked as Overdue.
- • Overdue invoices must be cleared by the last day of the same month.
- • If payment remains outstanding after the last day of the month, the Client's access to the Services will be revoked effective immediately.
- • If the invoice remains unpaid for more than 90 days from its due date, the Client's data may be permanently erased from the systems, with no liability for data recovery.

If your requirement is truly unique to only your business (think: highly specific workflow that nobody else would need), we'll be honest about it.
- Option A: Find a way to achieve it using standard features (we'll help you figure this out)
- Option B: Build it as a paid custom module (₹2,000–₹5,000/hour + ongoing maintenance costs)
Our recommendation: 95% of the time, Option A works. We've seen very few requirements that genuinely need custom code.
